Dai-Ko-Myo

The Dai-Ko-Myo is Mikao Usui’s Master symbol and is both kanji and symbol. Its literal meaning is: Great (DAI) Light (KO) Bright (MYO). In Karuna, your Energy has a specific performance.
The Dai-Ko-Myo can also mean: Great Being of the Universe Shines in Me or, according to Zen practices: Valuable House of the Great Radiant Light.
The Dai-Ko-Myo is used to heal the spiritual body, where the matrix from which the physical body is created and transformed is located and where most diseases originate. The Energy of this symbol purifies, harmonizes and heals this subtle energetic layer.
In Karuna, the Dai-Ko-Myo is used in attunements and healing, but the main thing is that your Energy…
Represents total connection to Divine Source
Subtly, the Master of Karuna verifies the profound transformations that occur in his Being.
And he gradually finds that he is more loving, more understanding, wiser, more intuitive, more compassionate, more humble, more honest, less worried, closer to his true essence, closer to universal consciousness, happier.

Dai-Ko-Myo Meditation

Sit or lie down comfortably. Close your eyes and breathe naturally. Focus on the point where your heart chakra touches the central channel in your spine. Murmur each syllable of the Dai-Ko-Myo with each exhale and feel that heart chakra point grow. With each expiration. Feel it grow to encompass your throat chakra and solar plexus. Slowly and progressively. And it continues to grow until the third eye and the sexual chacka. Slowly and progressively. And it continues to grow up to the crown chakra and the root chakra. With each expiration. And it continues to grow into the depths of the Earth and the infinity of the Universe. Feel deeply connected to Wholeness. Hold this breath as long as you like.
