REIKI therapy for children has several benefits, including improved concentration, academic performance, confidence, and self-esteem, as well as promoting physical and emotional well-being.

REIKI is also recommended for babies, even before birth, to transmit this beneficial energy to them. Pregnant women have reported positive experiences with REIKI, and the therapy can be applied to babies soon after birth to alleviate colic and trauma, and to help them calm down. The application time for REIKI in babies or children is typically shorter than in adults, and the mother usually knows when and how long their baby needs REIKI.

This study aims to work with the child within all of us, using stories and exploring the skills and information we carry within ourselves. Often, this information is hidden away and waiting to be uncovered and utilized, which we can refer to as “energy”.

Energy is the force that animates and gives life to everything around us, whether it is in motion or not. It is linked to the idea of “power” and is responsible for making things move, allowing machines to work, and enabling living things to grow. There are various types of energy, such as light, sound, and heat, each with its unique properties and effects.

Energy is an essential part of our daily lives. It powers our homes, from turning on the lights to running the refrigerator, air conditioning, and computers. We also rely on energy to fuel our vehicles, whether it is a car or a bicycle. Our electronic devices, such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops, store energy in batteries. Even sleeping requires energy!

To obtain energy, humans utilize various sources. We capture the energy of the wind, water, and sunlight. Plants and animals provide us with energy in the form of food.

Energy is necessary to power our homes and devices, whether it’s turning on lights, refrigerators, air conditioning, or using computers, cars, or bicycles. Batteries also store energy to power our devices. Even sleep requires energy!

Humans obtain energy from various sources, such as wind, water, sunlight, and food from plants and animals. Additionally, people burn oil, coal, and natural gas for energy, while nuclear energy is obtained from uranium atoms.

Energy transfer occurs when energy moves from one object to another. Energy can change forms, such as when chemical energy stored in batteries is transformed into electrical energy that moves along wires. Energy can also be transferred through light, sound, and heat.

Out of these three, light energy is visible and is responsible for helping plants grow and powering solar cells to create electricity. The energy from the sun is positive, bringing life to everything it touches. Other sources of energy include rivers and wind, which are renewable and constantly generated by the forces of nature.

Have you ever experienced feeling the vibrations caused by sound? Loud music or even school bands can sometimes generate enough energy to make you feel the sound waves in your body.

Sound energy is transferred as a sound wave travels from its source, such as a drum, to another object. If the sound is intense enough, the waves can create vibrations that you can feel in your body.

Sitting by a campfire is another way to feel energy. You can experience the heat radiating from the fire, which is a form of thermal energy.

warm your body. The heat from the burning wood is transferred to the environment, for each one that is close, leaving it warmer. perfect for nights cooler days, or playing at parties with friends!

(Always with parents nearby)

Heat can pass from hot objects to cold objects, so it is an energy that makes the exchange and make what is dry catch fire. It is an energy that increases your capacity as more materials are gathered for its burning. IT IS also the “energy” that most cleans others, by their strength of power. Remember?

So… we already understand a little about what the energy around us is.

Just let’s not forget that: Everything that surrounds us in a way…it involves energy. Let’s talk now about the energy we have in We! And it’s that same energy that surrounds everything you do. we do and we are. We are part of a whole. And also, it’s the “dormant” energy part… that accompanies us in all phases of our life here.

For example:
Each phase of our ages brings an “energy” different. Want to find out?

01) when we are yet to be born, We develop the energy of development genetic:
– Join the energies of our parents and grandparents to form us.
That can be:
– In eye color
– In the way of speaking
-In body model
-In skin color
Anyway… we got a “model” to be able to use while we’re here. That if owes to the genetics that shape us. Are a part of our ancestors… and we can’t choose!

02) After birth and up to 7 years old, we develop a personality:
-Happiness
-surprises
Discoveries like:
-Fear
-To sleep
-To want or not to want
-Feeling sometimes… a little angry

And there’s more. During this period, we develop self-esteem, which involves feelings of protection and attention. It’s a time when we learn to look in the mirror and appreciate what we see. We start making our own choices and deciding what we want to do, wear, eat, and who we want to spend time with. At this age (0-7 years old), we are highly sensitive to the energy of others and can feel whether we like or dislike them.

Have you ever wondered how our personalities are formed? Our personalities are like an “energy” that stays with us throughout our lives. As children, we start to develop our personalities, which may sometimes seem strange to our parents and siblings. However, it is a natural part of our formation process.

We are heavily influenced by our family, both positively and negatively. Our first conflicts and disagreements often arise with our relatives and friends, and this is where we start to develop our own unique “energy.” This energy is yours and will accompany you throughout your life, whether you like it or not. So, it’s important to understand it better and learn how to master it.

Let’s call this energy the “Spark of Divine Strength” or simply, LOVE! Through Reiki, we can learn to harness and control this energy and help others who may not be aware of it yet.

Reiki is especially beneficial for children. It can help calm hyperactive energies, improve concentration, and aid in overcoming learning difficulties. It also helps balance the right (intuitive) and left (logical) side of the brain, facilitating learning and concentration.
