Karuna Ki Symbols

Rama

Rama was hosted by Kellie-Ray Marine. Rama literally translated means permanent joy and is interchangeable with Ram which means God. Rama is essentially a harmonizer and healer of the lower chakras: Root, Sexual and Solar Plexus. And it allows a greater connection with the Earth (it’s good for those who don’t have this element in the astrological chart).
When Rama balances the lower chakras (negative polarity), it allows the heightened consciousness of the higher chakras (positive polarity) to manifest in the physical world creating balance between the seven major chakras.

By harmonizing the energy of the lower chakras, Rama allows a person to free himself from problems related to them, such as, for example, an exacerbated survival instinct, lack of sexual desire, feelings of neediness, lack of mercy and benevolence or lust for power. . This attunement process also frees us from the fear of failure, strengthening our spiritual purpose on Earth and our use of divine guidance in our daily lives.

Rama creates strength and strength in the sense, for example, of being able to move from feeling compassion for someone or something to compassionate action. We all have many projects and we even took the first step in some. However, how many of these projects have we completed? Rama helps us to take the first and the next steps, giving us the necessary firmness to stay focused. Rama’s Energy allows us to finish what we have started, whether in self-treatments or in other people’s treatments.

Rama connects us to the six directions of the Earth: North, South, East, West, Up and Down, providing a greater presence, concentration and unity to Universal Energy and the Earth. Its use in treatments creates the roots for the total awareness of our existence, the so-called rooting.

Whenever you (or any of your patients) feel out of your mind, confused, light-headed, or mind-clogged, use Rama to clear your mind. Draw the symbol directly on the soles of the feet to allow the foot chakras to harmonize and the Earth Energy to flow into your energy system. Allow this release of tensions for a few minutes (sending the dissonant energies to Earth). This therapy is very revitalizing and can be used after a day of work when mental restlessness has been exhausting, or whenever you feel the need for a break to clear your mind.

Rama also allows us to energetically harmonize the places, visualizing or drawing the symbol in the center of the space and in its four corners. This process causes the dissonant energies to be drained to the Earth, at the same time that this space is filled with Karuna Energy. This type of harmonization can be very useful in meetings, meetings or discussion groups where ideas are exchanged and discordant energies are created, to promote harmony, clarity, discernment and determination in all participants.

Rama Meditation

Sit or lie down comfortably. Close your eyes and breathe naturally. Remember to chant the mantra three times, mentalize the first two strokes of Rama next to your physical body and the spiral running through your body from the top of your head to your feet. Envision the two side strokes swirling in three dimensions and creating a Cylinder of Compassionate Light around you. With each inhalation and exhalation, feel the Compassionate Energy flowing in the spiral of Rama, upwards (with each inhalation) and downwards (with each exhalation). Feel the spiral of Rama increasing with each breath until it completely envelops your body. Feel the wall of the Rama Cylinder of Light sending Energy to you non-stop. Merge with Karuna Energy.

Let your intuition guide you to find your own way of integrating the symbols, using them in self treatments, practicing chanting with the mantras of the symbols, meditating with the Energy of the symbols, practicing the methods you learned in the courses, in the practice of methods intuited by you or in the simultaneous practice of all methods.
